So I'm buying a car from a city about 25 miles from my house. I plan to drive it back to my house. It is not a replacement to my current car, just in addition. it is an old collectors camaro that runs, but I want to restore it. So I don't want to play $400 to register a car that I won't be driving. This car will literally be sitting in my garage for a couple of years. So how can I get her back to my house, as cheap as possible? Temporary tag? Please explain. If it helps I live in Florida.
