how to dress for business casual (teen)?

Im attending a fashion show, and the dress code is business casual and for me, i am only allowed to wear skirts or dresses. Would you give me some inspiration, i have a basic white or slightly cream dress, what should i do with it? and ill be using an outerwear.

I like the clique, specificly massie's and alicia's style...

please help! i need it, the shows today!
