Well you have been saying it is possible to change to look of your htc device by using a "stock apk 2.1 launcher" i want to get the incredible but i want it to look like to moto droid. could you explain to me how to download the apk (via phone or pc) and how to install. is a root needed? just some step by step instructions would be amazing! i want to change the stock apps like browser and music player also the unlock screen. i hate how htc has their own "sence" but i love the device itself.
