how to download songs to ur cellphone?

I recently got this cellphone in malaysia called CSL and the model is DS28i. The manual doesn't show how to download songs from the internet but the phone has mp3 and mp4 features. For any Malaysians or other CSL users, can u pls tell me step by step on how 2 download songs into this particular fone? Thank q
