how to download pc games to cellphone?

i have a usb cord. i want to download a game from the computer to my cellphone. i am using the copy and paste method for my ringtones and wallpapers. i cant send the game as a text because i cant save the whole code of the game. after i download the game what do i do next? is there some type of folder i send it too? if you know please help with a specific detailed answer and i will post this question multiple more times to give that person a lot of points
