How To Download Music Videos on (Sharper Image MP4 Player) from Avon?

i have the sharper image MP4 player and i downloaded Vue Video Manager for it and i cant upload music videos and when i try a screen pops up and sasys ...Not Found. Can Anyone Please Help Me?!!!
