how to download and install adobe flash player on a jail broken ipod touch?

i have jailbroken my ipod touch with redsnow and got cydia.. and i installed installous.

how would I get adobe flash player?

help please i don't really know much about all of this stuff. I just jailbroke my itouch like 3 days ago
