How to download Adobe flash files from website and save locally?

Supposedly, there are progams that can accomplish this. However, I tried one called Orbit and it was terrible. In my first test, it couldn't even find the flash file on the website to download. In my second test, it found the file, but it wouldn't download it properly.

Any other ideas?
