I had just signed a 2 year contract today, but after hours of using my "new smartphone" I hate it (the LG vortex). The touch screen just bothers me and I find it really hard to use and type on after trying to get used to it for hours. I wanted to know if its possible to DOWNGRADE? I was looking at the Samsung intensity II (not a smartphone) to downgrade to. If so, how much is the fee for doing so? And how would I go about doing that?
