How to do the dance move where ur chest bursts out, and then comes back to normal.?

Like i saw this video of a guy dancing, and the song had explosions, and every time there was an explosion, his chest, only his chest would quickly pop out then back in, but really fast. I wanna learn it for fun. Thanks :)
