Hi all,
I am having something that feels like sciatica -- a lower back pain located more to the left side, buttock, and down the leg. The x-ray is OK (according to my doctor).
I've been doing pelvic tilts + McKenzey extentions standing every hour or two, and this seems to be gradually helping. I am more o less OK, a little sour in the morning, or whenever I need to bend.
Yesturday evening I tried flection (as McKenzie recommenRAB to restore flexibility). I was feeling it, but there was not much of a pain. However today I am feeling worse -- the gnawing pain re-appeared in the buttock. I wonder if I should do flexions at all, or at some later stage, or it's not for me.
Any advise on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Arkadiy
