How to do exercise that best enhances the muscles?

How am i suppose to do leg lifts i hear the best way is too do it with you hand behind your back, but i have it more hard to do it with your hands just on your back so which is the correct way?cause i wanna build six packs and im already doing 30 sit ups and a one minute v sit. Also for push ups i do knuckle push ups which have made my knuckles stronger built biceps and triceps. then my friend told me about marine push ups and im thinking of doing those, so which one do i do? i also dont have that much time since im 14 yrs old. Im also not taking any of those pills. So wat should i do that gives me the best muscles, i already have 2 packs im hoping to get 6 8 is even better but thats hard. And i also want to get biceps and triceps. I want the biceps more than the triceps but still want them both. I also want to be like lean and buff, so that when im not flexving my arm its sorta muscular but i really shows when im flexing. for abs i want them showing all the time. And how do i do my chest muscle my friend tells me people who have chest muscle get fatter easier. And i dont have any weights at home so exercises with no weights please, but i might get some in the future. And i also swim, and play basketball for fun.
