how to do a burnout in a ford BA falcon automatic?

i want to know how 2 do a good burn out in my falcon, i hold the brake and give it revs then release brake slam the gas down then hold the brake again untill the wheels start spinning, it usually smokes but not that good, i want real thick smoke from my burnouts :)
