How to dispute online gambling credit card charges?

I gambled online at a crooked casino and got taken. (The site was later found to be blacklisted for crooked casinos).

According to the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006, financial institutions are forbidden from processing credit card transactions. I think what this online casino did was they posed as a business that wasn't an online casino, basically lying to the credit card company to get them to process payment. The casino is not showing up under its business name. The name of the company on the statement is claiming to be a jewelry company, but I've never received any jewelry from them. I think the charge amounts match up to what I spent at this crooked casino. What kind of trouble could I get into (if any) if I disputed the charges from what I think is this crooked casino (whose charges never showed up on my credit card statement) and said that I don't recognize the company, nor did I receive anything from them, even if the charge amounts match up? I don't think it is fraud because I honestly have no idea who this company is on my credit card statment? What should I do?
