Shortly after getting my new Sprint phone, I had dinner at a cafe and was told they had WiFi. I looked at ONE SITE to find something out. I wasn't asked to connect to a WiFi network but I assumed that it would do that automatically (big mistake, I now realize). Now I have a $75 charge for data that I can't pay. Can I dispute this? Will it take forever with Sprint customer service, and will they be helpful? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
