How to display two different paintings/ two different medias?

I ordered two paintings I wanted to hang side by side. I did not notice, however, they were painted on different medias: One mounted on canvas, another simply on acid-free paper.

I want to hang the two side by side, but don't think it will look right having one framed behind glass and another not.

Can you frame mounted canvas art?
