I am currently employed and making an excellent living. I have a job on the table that pays about 15-25% more than I'm making now COUNTING my annual bonus, BUT NOT counting my present jobs company paid medical dental, vision, retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, etc.
The pay range for the job they communicated to me is 15-25% more than I make now. So I have been asked at this stage, what my salary expectation is. I'm thinking of going at the high end of what they said the range is. Especially since their benefit package is not as good as my current one.
On the other hand, it is considerably more money than I'm making now salary wise...what do I say?
