how do i keep my cat off the desk/table, from biting/scratching, and chewing on cords? i've tried spraying him with water (he doesn't mind it), ignoring him, and using citrus (he tried to eat the orange peel). double-sided sticky tape doesn't bother him, and loud noises don't scare him.
i've also tried swatting him on the nose (not in an abusive way), but he only thinks i'm playing.
