How to disable the governor on a Dodge Ram HEMI?

I have a 2007 Dodge ram Quad Cab with the 5.7L HEMI and am currently in Germany. I want to disable the governor so driving on the autobahn is more practical. My current top speed is about 107 or 108 and I have BMW's and AUDI's flying by me like Im sitting still. What do I need and how much will it cost me?
