I just got an iPod Touch 4th generation model today. I really like the wi-fi syncing feature, but every time I open iTunes now, it tries to detect my iPod and tries to start syncing it. Is there a way to disable the automatic wi-fi syncing without completely disabling the ability to sync wirelessly altogether?
Also, my internet has been down a lot today, and when the network isn't working properly, then my iPod can't sync, even if it's connected to the computer via cable. Is there a way to enable wi-fi syncing while also keeping the option to sync via cable intact?
Sorry--I'm pretty new to all this fancy iOS 5 stuff.
Thanks!
