How to diable popups on tx wifi?

Hi--Need to know how to diable the anti popup software on my device. I actually need to see some popups in order to view some web sites and I don't know how to permit them. It is not like pushing the ctrl button on a desktop that allows them, so I need input as to how to permit them on the tx. Also, what do the padlock icons mean when I scan for connections. Obviously they are locked, but how can you access them.
