How to determine how much tax money Nevada spends on fuel?

I am working on a business proposal to save the State of Nevada money by allowing it to produce it's own gasoline and diesel fuel.

Part of my argument showing why it would be a worth-while investment depends on how much tax money Nevada already spends on purchasing fuel. Nevada divides up its State Budget based on sectors such as education, human services, public safety, etc.

I've already checked State websites but could uncover nothing.

Does anyone know of any clean quick way to determine the total number of tax dollars Nevada's agencies spend on jet fuel, gasoline and diesel fuels?
