HOW TO DERESRICT MOPED - HONDA SFX / X8R 50.?

It's a Honda SFX 50cc moped. It originally went 28mph, so i've put new derestricted cdi, bigger variator, bigger drive belt, bigger outer pully, new rollers, all new variator kit, new better exhaust, all of which got from pm tuning,. and it's only going 32mph, and 35 down hill... PLEASE ADVISE.
I want at least 40.. after this much spend.

I want to say this kindly, but since it's a 50cc engine, there's a native limit to how fast it can go with a certain rider. How big are you? When I was 14, I rode a moped, and it went 35, but I was < 100 lbs.
