This is my first post here
I bought a second-hand K310i as I loved my old one until the screen blew. I had it unlocked at a shop yesterday, but see that the previous owner has left a new voicemail on his system. The Voicemail icon is visible on the top Left corner and I can't get rid of it.
Any ideas? I thought of a master reset, but was concerned about my SIM (don't want to lose my contacts as they are all for work). Sorry if this is a dumb question but I'm kind of new to the world of phones.
I'd be grateful for any advice as I don't want this icon on my page anymore!
