how to delete myspace default off profile but keep headlines for navigation?

okay so you all know how on myspace. it shows your default and than right below it, it shows: view pics and videos and blah blah blah? well i already learned how to hide my default. but i wanna be able to keep the links or headline that shows:
pics. videos and blogs.

just like that with no pictures. any one know how to help me out?
