How to delete My Photos & My Attachments in Yahoo mail?

I just discovered that all photos and attachments that I've ever sent/received, have been stores in folders marked My Photos and My Attachments on my Yahoo mail page. Is there a way to delete them?

Any info will be MUCH appreciated. Thank you!
BTW, I don't have any of the original emails stored.
