how to delete firmware and install a totally new firmware in i phone 3gs ?

i buyd an i phone 3g secound hand..
and it wz fine.. and it wz cracked firmware...

i jst connected to i tunes and updated it.. and update gt failed..

Same thing is showd in my mobile...

and every tym i want to restore.. its comming same error...
