The page was manually inserted in order to bring the document up to twenty pages for the purpose of brochure printing, and is hidden in the document. I need to delete it so that I can put it at the end of the document, rather than in the middle. How do I do this? It was inserted before by going to: Insert>Manual Page Break>Insert Even Page (not sure if that is exactly how it goes in English, my program is in German).
