How to delete a pdf file from Nokia E63, file not found anywhere in mobile but able to..

...open the file.? while browsing through my Nokia E63, I happend to download a pdf file. now the parent file has been deleted but the file is still appearing in the recent documents of Adobe Reader in my mobile and i'm able to open it. how can i delete that file from my mobile. I even tried to remove the application from my mobile but there is no such option in my mobile..ols help me in resloving this issue
