How to decide between Lexus (CPO) & new Toyota in Taiwan ?

In Taiwan, if my budget is a bit more than 1 million NT$ to purchase a car, should I get a Lexus CPO (LS430 or RX330 or ES330) or should I buy a new Camry ?. I worry about depreciation, so am skeptical of buying new car. What is your advise ? List pros and cons if you own Lexus CPO vehicles
