how to debond a bluetooth phone connection on a ford mondeo zetec?

i pressed the phone button on the consul then the menu button three times,to get to the option deactivate the phones from previous owners(6 are there you cant add another until 1 is deleted).
they are numbered 1 to 6 and thats where i get stuck ,i dont know if its a combination of buttons to delete them or a press and hold option on a certain button
