A website called encyclopediadramatica.com plagiarized my t-shirt design. This sucks. I submitted this design a few months ago, and never heard from them again so I assumed they neglected to choose my design. Imagine my surprise coming across my design on their website with no recollection of reimbursement. I’ve reached out to a few people via email, and hopefully I will resolve this and get the fifty dollars I was promised. What should I do if I do not receive any response to those emails, or if they simply refuse to pay me the money they promised?

I have the e-mail that I sent with the submission attached to it. Will this serve as a proper time stamp/proof that I actually created the work?
