how to deal with a boy friend who might be going to jail.?

my boyfriend is going to jail for something he didn't even do, long story short his friend stole thousands of dollars from a house that was left open for his sister to baby sit the dogs , she invited people over and HER brother stole everything and blamed my boyfriend and they are now beliving the wrong person
