How to cure my hand tremor

Hi Experts,

This is Pema Dorji from Bhutan. I am 39 years old man. I am having hand shaking problem especially while writing. I am not able to write properly since last two years. When I bring both hands in front to see it, its shakes too. However, I can handle anything properly without shaking, example tea cup etc. But only thing is that I cannot write. The moment I hold the pen, it start shaking and find tough time to write. Letters are going out of shapes. When I give more concentration more it shakes. There is no pain, no numbness.
I did all the possible treatment with western medication after consulting Doctors, but no sign of improvement.
Please help me to stop my hand shaking, both the hands are shaking.

What type tremors were you diagnosed with?

It could be non essential tremors.

Search internet for info on the type tremors you have in order to learn more about it. Some tremors can be treated successfully and others cannot.
 
Hi Bhutan,
I was diagnoised with benign essential tremors in 1993. I am 52 and I take Mysoline for mine prescribed by my neurologist. There is treatment that helps slow them and sometimes stops them.
 
I'm sure this has probably already been ruled out but I'll throw it out there for the small chance it hasn't.

Are you drinking a lot of caffeine? This can cause hand tremors.
 
Can you please help me to....how and where to get such medicines or medication. Can you tell me name of medicines which you have suggested. I would love to hear if you specify the type of medicines, so that I can look around in the medical shops.
 
Doctors suspect that I have nerve problem, they gave me neuro injections and medicines, but no improvement.
I used to drink little alcohol two years before. Now it has passed two years without touching alcohol related drinks.
Please help me.
