How to Create hero Army in Lord of the Rings Battle for Middle Earth II ?

I was playing War of Ring there my hero army was destroyed and disbanded.Then at next turn i created a hero and units but couldn't make them a hero army and hero as a leader.Can any one tell me how to create a HERO ARMY.
