how to create bacteria in a 9 liter fish bowl?

i want to buy 2 female molly fish and one male molly also 2 female guppies and one male guppy
can you please help me do the right thing

Mollies need at least 60-70 litres and Guppies at least 45-50 litres or over 60 litres to breed, complete with filter and heater and fully completed the nitrogen cycle.

To do the right thing is to buy a proper fish tank. A 9 litre tank is FAR too small for ANY fish!
