Whenever I apply my concealer, I always still end up with dark circles. The concealer does cover, it just doesn't really have a full coverage.
Is there anyway that I can get full coverage with concealer? Is there a certain method I need to use?
I have oily skin and I use benefit boi-ing concealer.
