Well, take a deep breath and focus on positive things.. Withdrawels sucks big time... and you have come to the right place because everyone here has gone thru it. What I did.... was take walks.. moved my legs as much as possible! Took about 3 baths per day. Got sleeping meRAB (over the counter) to help sleep at night.. Then none of that worked so I called my Dr and she gave me some xanax. Take viatmins... There is a thread up on top of the main page of this board that gives you all sorts of ideas.
