How to cook Portobello mushrooms?

I have some portobello mushrooms, and some garlic and herb cream cheese, I was thinking of stuffing the mushrooms with the cheese. But how do I cook them, in the grill, the oven I have no idea? Also should I top with breadcrumbs, any other ideas? I was also planning to drizzle balsamic vinegar over them? Any ideas would be appreciated.

We make them into portobello burgers.
Brush mushrooms with olive oil and bake in oven until cooked through. sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, you can even drizzle with the vinegar. Spread cheese on bread add lettuce tomato and anything else you like and you have bello burgers.
