How to cook Coley fish?

I bought a fillet of coley today as it was on offer but have no idea how to cook it.

It's very thin and still has the "skin"/scales on one side of it. Could I fry it? would I need to fry both sides? What would be the best way? Thanks
Just in response to thsoe two, firstly I have no idea how to cook haddock or cod either:)

How long would I need to microwave it for?
 
The best way is to Microwave it to keep it moist. You can use a griddle pan or frying pan but it tends to shrivel and break up. Oven method is not advisable unless you intend to coat the fish with breadcrumbs.
