I bought four boneless chicken breasts, and McCormick crusting blends. I have tried to cook chicken with breadcrumbs, but I fried it on the stove, and it didn't get done in the middle. Should I bake the chicken first or would the crust not be crunchy on the outside? Do I still dip the chicken in egg and flour if I bake it?Any advice would be awesome!
