how to cook a 7-8 ib. pot roast in the crock pot?

my friend is wanting to cook 2 pot roasts at the same time. both are around 3 1/2 lbs, which would make it about 7 1/2lbs. she is going to have to cook them in a crock pot. what temp. should she cook it on and for how long? thanks!
