What she is actually telling you is that SHE will get bored with sex with YOU if it is done too frequently. You need to improve your listening skills a tad.

Married for a year, brady bunch situation with four kids (ages: 3,6,9,12). Eventhough I want
to have sex 7 nights a week (and probably in the morning too). My wife rations it and purposely
holds back and she tells me so too!. Her logic is that if we did it too frequently, we will burn out, it will lose its
charm and will become a routine. She is afraid that the one thing I like to do with her will
run its course and I will leave her. Now, she knows that I'm quite sexually charged, why then
can't she just live with that fact rather than thinking I'm gonna get bored with her. She also
says married couples don't have sex everyday. A good frequency is 2-3 times a week especially
when you have kids and house to take care of.

With children as young as yours to be able to have it as often as you do is incredible. There's not much you can do since most married people in the same predicament will tell you they don't get it near as often as you currently do. If you are wise you will listen to your wife and back off. One thing you will find over the course of your marriage is that if mom is happy then everybody will be happy. Keep her happy and let it go. It's not really worth any more thought since it will just frustrate you and ultimately her to bring it up any longer.

Tell her that you're worried the sex is going to get boring, so you're going to go out and find an 18 year old girlfriend that you can practice new things on.
