How to convince my gf to have a blood test?

Hi,
My girlfriend gets migraines all the time and her Docter requested a blood test to see if she has any problems and he can go from there. But my baby wont get a blood test because she is afraid of the needle. She is 18 years of age and she still acts like a baby about. I know needles hurt and shit but sometimes you really gotta have em right?
I even told her I will get one with her and I will go first if that would make her feel more safe but she still refuses, I've tryed everything I cant get her to get one done.. She needs one though because she gets migraines everyday and Painkillers are gonna eventually do damage if she keeps taking them 24.

Can someone please tell me how to convince my gf..
I told her it will make you healthy and but she says she doesn't trust people putting needles in her arm. But the thing is the place where she has to go have specialised in blood tests for years upon years

Find out if they can rub lidocaine cream on before they stick her with the needle. It's a numbing cream that will allow her to not feel the needle. This way, she can look at something else (maybe you) and she'll never know when they are going to stick her. Phobias are difficult (I have several of my own); however, lab work needs to be done for her safety. She needs to talk to the doctor about her fear and see what can be done to help her be more comfortable. Good luck!
