Hi I'm 15 turning 16 In may.
And I have been home schooled all of my life. But the problem Is I stopped getting proper education when I was about 10 years old.
So I basically have the education of a 10 year old but I'm 15, almost 16.
My Dad's not teaching me right.
And I just can't convince him to let me go to public school!
It's just not right.
I'm missing out on getting a proper education and he doesn't seem to care.
I mean I can read, And spell really good.
But my math skills and everything else besides, Addition, and subtraction, and multiplication. I know multiplication up to my sevens.
But that's all.
And I don't know what to do.
I think It might be to late for me to even catch up In high school.
And my Dad won't let me go to public school because he thinks that It will be bad for me.
like peer pressure and stuff.
But I know how to take care of myself and I would be fine.
And If I'm not getting a proper education at home then I should be In school.
And I really want to graduate and get my diploma.
But I don't know what to do.
Should I just quit school because there Is no hope.
Or what?
