HOW to convert WIN RAR FILES to Adobe Flash player 9. Can anyone help please.?

i have files dat are WIN RAR files, but how can i convert them into different things or how can i open thm to view the files, i want to convert the files to adobe flash player 9 but HOW!!!! please help anyone :'(
 
wion rar is a program for compressing files.
if you have a load of files in 1 folder with trhe same name but ending in 00 01 02 03 04 etc simply download winrar and install it
next click on any of the rar files
A WINDOW OPENS WITH THE REAL FILE INSIDE
CLICK ON EXTRACT
choose where to extract the file to then navigate there - now you can access the file directly
