how to convert the T.V's cable input to an AV input?

our t.v doesnt have av input(don't ask), but only cable input, im planning to play a console game on it but i need to plug the red/white/yellow wires somehow on the t.v via coaxial route, anyone know how to do this? or what component i should buy?
