How to convert sony ericsson contacts into samsung contacts?

I recently bought a samsung phone. The contacts of my previous sony ericsson phone was transferred into my ercsson's memory stick. Could anyone please suggest how to convert the sony ericsson contacts into samsung contacts? The format of ericsson's contacts is .vcf and the format of samsung's contacts is .nfc.
