How to convert a PWI file from Windows Mobile?

I have a PWI file on my desktop from my old windows mobile phone. There is an embedded sound file I would like to extract. Any ideas? For "answer junkies" please dont google PWI file and post the responses....I have searched Google. I need to hear from people who have solved this and know how to to do it....thank you
