So I have the USB cord and pulgged it into my computer... then i haven on the phone... down to tools... down to mass storage... then hit connect to PC and it says please connect USB cable.. but it's connected... the phone charging light is even on to prove it is connected... so if i disconnect the cable it turns the phone off... wtf?!!?!?!? and i have had problems with this phone before... any ideas????!!! please help...
